2022 GMC Terrain

The 2022 GMC Terrain is sold in four trim levels: SLE, SLT, AT4, and Denali. The SLE features heated outside mirrors and exterior LED lighting. Moving up to the SLT adds roof rails and a hands-free liftgate to make loading and unloading cargo easy on everyone. The AT4 is an off-road-ready version of the Terrain with an exclusive exterior trim design and an underbody skid plate to protect your vehicle. The top-of-the-line Denali upgrades you with a sunroof option to give you an open-air feeling while cruising down the highway.

Regardless of the trim level you select, the same engine powers all four models. You get a 1.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine matched to a nine-speed automatic transmission that garners 170 horsepower and 203 pound-feet of torque. You can enjoy the EPA-estimated 30 mpg on the highway for more time on the road and more savings at the pump.

GMC has added many performance-enhancing features to the 2022 Terrain to improve the driving experience. Front-wheel drive is standard, with an available all-wheel-drive system to provide better control and traction over various conditions. The StabiliTrak electronic stability control system with traction control, performance brake linings, and a MacPherson front suspension help keep you on the road. The SLE has proximity keyless entry with push-button ignition, a Wi-Fi hotspot, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, a six-speaker audio system, and a 7-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Moving up to the SLT adds dual-zone automatic climate control, additional USB ports, a leather-wrapped and heated steering wheel, power-adjustable heated front seats with driver's seat memory functions, leather upholstery, a household-style outlet, and an HD rearview camera.
